We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from Jullu.
Jullu reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund.
This may result in the product being sent away for assessment,repair, exchange or refund being refused.
If the product received are deemed used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without the original packaging, under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given and the customer will liable for any return shipping costs.
Change Of Mind
If you have a change of mind about the purchased item, you must contact us via email to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.
All refunds are made the same way as the original payment method was made but original shipping cost to you are not refunded.
Jullu takes pride in supplying quality products. If goods are found to be faulty, as a result of manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving product in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then work out the best way to rectify this.
Freight costs for returned products or repair will be the customer’s responsibility to and from Jullu.
Your product will be assessed upon arrival. If deemed a manufacturer fault, postage will be refunded and the product will be repaired or replaced. If the returned product is not deemed a manufacturer fault, all costs involved will be incurred by the customer, including return postage.
Once we have received and inspected, the item we will notify you about the return. All refunds are made the same way as the original payment method. Original shipping cost to you are not refunded unless a product is deemed faulty.
All the sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
